Our Commitment To You
K & K Vending offers a six months parts and labor warranty for all machines sold. The warranty is valid for the duration of six months from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, K & K Vending will repair or replace at no charge parts or parts of a system that proves defective under regular use and maintenance.
K & K Vending will repair the machine using new or refurbished replacement parts.
In the rare event that parts become obsolete or the machine can not be repaired, K & K Vending at its sole discretion will replace the machine and will apply the remaining warranty from the original purchase date to the replacement machine.
*All sales are final, non returnable, and non refundable. Under no circumstances will monies be returned to the purchaser by K & K Vending.
*The warranty does not cover damage to parts or to the machine due to vandalism, rodent damage, maintenance neglect or customer incomprehension.
*The warranty does not cover labor or parts to remove stuck coins or currency from money mechanisms.
*Warranty does not cover malfunction with credit card systems.
*Warranty shall become void in the event another service provider repairs the machine during the warranty period.
*Warranty is non transferable.
